Quiet Revolt 

She led a quiet revolt. Silently taking the abuse and silently watching the world slip into nothingness. And yet, as all thought she would take what they handed her adinfinitum, she prayed. She prayed and she fasted. She shared her faith quietly with those near her. So many people needed to hear the truth. Still she kept to herself. Safer than making friends where friendly people didn’t exist. She followed His lead in her revolt. Quietly, ever so quietly, so as not to be ridiculed.
