Snuggle Withdrawals

As I drive to work and I can hear soft weeping in the distance . . it is sad . . a broken heart maybe . . as my day progresses it grows steadily louder and more desperate . . weeping to wailing to moaning and blowing of the nose . . it is heart-wrenching to hear . . and I long to make it stop . . to soothe those tears . . on my drive home I notice it has gone to mere sobbing with occasional hiccups and sniffles . . as I climb the stairs to our apartment I hear sighs . . then, as I open the door, little giggles emerge from my bedroom . . “yes, my sweet pillow, I am home to snuggle” . . . . my pillow loves me and goes through horrible withdrawals when I leave!!!
