Why is this allowed? Why isn’t the apartment complex adjacent having this hauled off? Is it from evictions? Fly dumping? Move outs?

    🧐 Now, I do not know how they handle that sort of stuff in your country.

    But, here in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, we are allowed to place old cupboards and other pieces of furniture outside; a dump truck (assigned by the county) picks them up.

      Here we have to call for a special pickup from the city for private homes.. for large rental properties a rollout dumpster is delivered at quite a cost
