Today I received a very special text message from work. It was so special that, as I listened to the attached voice message, I was in joyful tears. π One of my sweet clients thought enough of me and all I try to do to provide him with the best care possible that he actually called into our office and shared his experience with them. His voice mail was so touching and downright sweet. I can’t express how I felt on hearing it.
I received three (3) customer service lapel pins when I worked as a stylist for JC Penney back in the late 1990s. I haven’t worked for a company that rewards customer service this way from 2000 until now. Being acknowledged is nice but it’s good to know my client knows how much I care that he has the best possible quality of life.
I am blessed to be his care giver!!
