Do you like applesauce cake?

Have you ever tried canned applesauce cake? This is the most amazing creation!! I have made this many times and am never disappointed.

It is a simple process of mixing the cake ingredients then baking in a greased canning jar. Once out of the oven screw on the lids, let cool, label and shelve till needed.

When hungry, open, add a pat of butter and microwave a minute . . Delicious!!! 😋

So simple!!

Eventually I want to try variations on the recipe (see link above) to see how it turns out . .
